New Ashley leather couch and loveseat, 25-42" TV sets, Ashley kitchen table and chairs, upgraded carpet, view of pool area or overlooking lakes and Scottsdale's famous greenbelt.  Some units have special upgraded leather couch and loveseat from Arizona Leather.  Some with 37" hi def flat screen LCD or Plasma TVs.

Our Bungalow Suites have traditional cloth couch and loveseat.  These units normally have a pool or park side view and are $50 to $100 less than the leather furniture units.  The Bungalows are located in buildings #2 and #3.  These units are very economical

 
We have 15 Basic Suites.  These are our cheap, lowest priced suites, but they still have all the free extras of our more expensive suites.  The furniture is a modern cloth design instead of the leather furniture in the more expensive suites.  These give the most value per dollar, but are not cheap quality.  Summer 2009 all basic suites now have new 32" LCD hi def TV sets on the bedroom wall for viewing your favorite TV shows...especially great for hi def sporting events.  Extended stay at it's best. They usually rent out the fastest and are not always available.  You can rent a higher priced unit and then transfer to a Basic unit when available.  Low cost apartment with high quality extras.

We have approximately 5 Special Edition Suites that have a unique furniture package, unique location, or unique decorator's extras.  They usually are reserved well in advance, but are occasionally available. They include the Queen Ann Suite, the Captain's Suite, the President's Suite, the Owner's Suite and the Honeymoon Suite.  Please call for details about these special places to call home.  Pictures are not available for all these special suites as some are currently occupied and/or being remodeled.  All have 42" plasma or LCD flat panel hi def TV sets plus 32" bedroom TV.
