HOTEL - Rates change by season.  Very limited number of hotel suites available. * All residents will be required to pay a refundable security deposit of $199.  The entire $199 is fully refundable if the suite is left clean and undamaged and the resident has stayed for 2 months or longer.   The entire $199 is NOT refundable if the resident pays the deposit, we take the unit out of inventory and the guest fails to move in.   Any resident who leaves the suite unclean, or damaged, or stays for only one month will be charged for any cleaning, any damage and a $98 short term rental fee.  The short term rental fee applies to ONE month renters only and is to help offset our cost to pay for the vacant days between short term rentals.  Our low apartment fee for one month residents will, therefore, be $98 more than the apparent rate.
